BT (Guard Time Before) Command
<AT Command Mode Options> The CC command
is used to set/read the ASCII character used
between guard times of the AT Command Mode
Sequence (BT + CC + AT). This sequence enters
the modem into AT Command Mode so that data
entering the modem (from the host) is recognized
as commands instead of payload.
CC (Command Sequence Character) Command
<AT Command Mode Options> The CC command
is used to set/read the ASCII character used
between guard times of the AT Command Mode
Sequence (BT + CC + AT). This sequence enters
the modem into AT Command Mode so that data
entering the modem (from the host) is recognized
as commands instead of payload.
CD (GPO2 Configuration) Command
<Serial Interfacing> CD Command is used to
select/read the behavior of the GPO2 line (pin 3).

Binary Command: 0x13 (19 decimal)
